Terms Of Service

As the client/commissioner, you are responsible for reading the terms and conditions shown and listed here.
General
My expertise lies in drawing feminine characters with clean linework and vibrant, colorful palettes.
I am open to exploring other styles or themes; however, please note that such requests may require additional time, as I will need to gather references and ensure I can accurately capture your vision.I DO NOT draw NSFW art. This includes naked bodies/sexual content.
I am, however, comfortable drawing revealing outfits as long as no genitalia is shown.I DO NOT draw mechs, heavy gore, furries. These are outside of my area of expertise.
Minor non-human features (such as cat or elf ears, tails, or robotic limbs) are acceptable.
Revision
I provide regular progress updates at each stage of the workflow. These updates can include low-resolution, watermarked previews.
This should avoid any major revisions.Minor revisions are included during the process. However, major revisions that require reworking a completed stage may incur an additional fee - no additional fees for the redrawing of the first sketch/draft.Clear and detailed references must be provided at the start of the commission to ensure the best results.
Use
By default, commissions are for personal use only.
If you intend to use the artwork for commercial or monetized purposes, this must be discussed and additional fees will apply:Monetized content: +20% of the base price
Commercial merchandise: +40% of the base priceEven if commercial rights are purchased, proper credit must always be given to me as the original artist.
AI & NFT USE
NO AI ART/NFT(s): The commissioned work is NOT allowed to be used in AI systems and/or NFT (Non Fungible Token).
Refunds
If work has NOT yet started, you are eligible for a full refund upon cancellation.
Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.Partial refunds may be issued depending on the progress of the commission if:
- I am unable to complete the project
- There are significant delays
- You want to cancel further work
Payments
Either a full payment or a 50% down payment is required before starting your commission.
This is to ensure security for both client and artist. I want to ensure that payment is set in place before starting so there is no wasted time or suspicious activity on the client's side, and a 50% down payment option is given to the client's side for the same reasons.Work will begin once payment (or deposit) is received and your commission reaches the top of my queue.Payment plans are available after the initial 50% deposit and may be completed over a period of 3 to 6 months.
IF you stop the payment plan in the middle of the project, all work on the commission will halt until payments resume. The final files will only be delivered once full payment has been completed.Failure to complete agreed payments may result in cancellation of the commission and blacklisting from future work.
Deadlines and Delivery
Deadlines are determined based on each client.
If you have a specific deadline please list it in the request / form. Rush orders are available for an additional fee, depending on the required turnaround time. This rush fee can fluctuate based on the time you want your commission to be completed.Deadlines will be respected unless unforeseen major life events occur (such as medical emergencies or deaths in family). In such cases, you will be informed as soon as possible.Final artwork will be delivered as high-resolution PNG files via Google Drive - unless discussed otherwise.
You will receive the final work with my signature but without my watermark - unless discussed otherwise.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Please specify in your request form whether you allow:
- Use of your commission for portfolio purposes
- Posting on social media
- Sharing of work-in-progress (WIP) imagesIf all permissions are declined, an additional privacy fee will apply.
Communication
Communication will be in the form of DMs (direct messages) through your choice in social media or Email. (I am most active on Instagram and recommend it for faster responses.)The artist is not responsible for the client's miscommunication and absence of references prior to the drawing process.
*These Terms of Service may be updated at any time; however, ongoing commissions will follow the terms agreed upon at the start of the project.

My name is Yasemin, also known by the nickname Yasi. I was born and raised in Berlin, where I also earned my Bachelor of Arts in Game Design and Game Art. I am passionate about almost everything creative—drawing and writing stories are among my greatest passions. One of my biggest current projects is the creation of the visual novel A Thousand Winds, alongside writing a light novel.While working on my creative projects, I have also gained experience as a geriatric nurse and completed an internship in a journalism company. In addition, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I volunteered as a foster home for stray dogs from Russia and Ukraine.Since 2024, I have been leading a growing art collective that spans multiple platforms, with its primary home on Instagram. Within this space, I initiate and curate artist collaborations, as well as organize creative events that bring the community together.
